Empowering Potential Program
The Empowering Potential Program is our career and college readiness initiative, designed to equip enrolled Littles with the tools and resources needed to graduate high school on time and develop a post-graduation plan. Whether their path includes college, vocational training, workforce entry, or military service, this program offers personalized planning and support in career exploration, college admissions, financial aid, and guidance on completing college applications, FAFSA, and securing scholarships. For Littles not pursuing college, we provide information on alternative paths, including military options and programs like Job Corps,
AmeriCorps, and Peace Corps, as well as trade schools for certification programs.
Starting in September 2024, we’ve partnered with Junior Achievement to help our Littles build essential life skills that will empower them to earn a living wage.
