Player Waiver & Electronic Signature

Each active participant on the registration must electronically sign before payment is opened. By signing, participants acknowledge and agree to the waiver terms provided for league play.

Assume the inherent risks of pickleball participation, including minor, major, and catastrophic injuries.
Release, indemnify, and hold harmless Michael Bailin, Kim Scholz, Coachella Valley Grand Prix Tennis LLC, Desert Pickleball League, sponsors, officers, directors, volunteers, agents, representatives, league participants, facilities, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Desert and its representatives, employees, and volunteers.
Grant permission to use image, name, voice, and words for tournament-related social media, promotional, marketing, training, informational, and archival purposes.
