Please join us on February 27 - 28, 2022 for our 23rd Annual Hall of Fame Golf Tournament, Dinner, and Pro Cup Challenge.
23 years ago, we began our Hall of Fame Golf Tournament which has raised over $2,500,000 to help thousands of Coachella Valley kids have a brighter future. This year we are honoring Troy Bodie, Director of Hockey for the new Coachella Valley Firebirds AHL Hockey team, an affiliate of the Seattle Kraken Hockey team. Bodie will join our prestigious list of part honorees including: Johnny Lujack, Ron Fairly, Don Sutton, Don Baylor, Yogi Berra, George Brett, Randy Jones, Merlin Olsen, Dave Stockton,Tom Flores, Jim Mora, Doug Sanders, John Mackovic, Ken Venturi, Lee Trevino, Amy Alcott, Lynn Swann Dr. Edwin Stempler, Jim Plunkett, Steve Garvey, and Al Geiberger.
This year’s festivities kick-off on Sunday evening with a reception, auction and dinner and then continue on Monday with the Golf Tournament Pro Cup Challenge followed by the Tournament Awards Luncheon. As part of our tournament, a local country club golf pro will be placed with each foursome of amateurs. The golf professionals will compete for their own tournament prizes and assist their team’s scores while the amateurs compete for trophies.
The proceeds from this event will provide:
· Free programs and services for youth age 6-18
· One-to-One mentoring throughout the Coachella Valley
· Youth enrichment activities
· Individualized support for all participants
· Vetting, onboarding and ongoing training opportunities for new Bigs (mentors)
· Resource referrals and trainings for Little and families.
